 |
For children starting ages 8 through 18
years, the Fort Worth Boat Club's Summer
Sail Camp is a fantastic way to learn to
sail or improve sailing skills. Our
professional staff make the classes fun and
informative.
The FWBC's 2008 Summer Sail Camp consists of
three
2-week Beginner/Intermediate sessions. Camp
hours
are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. (Campers must be picked up
promptly at 4:30 p.m.
each day.)
The Boat Club provides the boats for camp.
Campers must bring their own life jackets.
They will also need tennis or boat shoes, a
bathing suit, t-shirt, sunscreen, towel,
hat, water bottle and sunglasses. Personal
items should be marked with the camper's
name. Camp lunches are available through the
Club at $5.00 per day or they may be brought
from home. Lunches are not included in the
registration fee. To attend Sail Camp,
participants must be able to swim.
